Getting Started
Creating an Account
To use SwiftGoo, you'll need to create an account. Click "Create Account" on the homepage and provide your email address and basic information. You can choose to register as a shipper (someone who needs items delivered) or a driver (someone who provides delivery services).
Switching Between Roles
You can easily switch between shipper and driver roles from your dashboard. This flexibility allows you to both post delivery jobs and accept jobs from others using the same account.
For Shippers
How to Post a Job
- Log in to your account and select "Shipper" mode
- Click "Post New Job"
- Enter pickup and delivery addresses
- Provide item details (description, size, weight, photos)
- Set your preferred pickup time and any special requirements
- Review and submit your job posting
Reviewing Bids
Once your job is posted, drivers will submit bids. You'll see each driver's bid amount, rating, and profile. Take your time to review the bids and select the driver that best meets your needs. You can also message drivers directly if you have questions.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is held securely when you accept a bid. The driver receives payment once you confirm the delivery is complete. There are no upfront fees for posting jobs — you only pay when a driver successfully completes your delivery.
For Drivers
Finding Jobs
Browse available jobs in the marketplace. You can filter by location, delivery type, and pickup time to find jobs that work for your schedule. Each job listing includes the pickup and delivery locations, item details, and the shipper's requirements.
Submitting a Bid
When you find a job you'd like to take, submit a bid with your proposed price and any relevant information about your service. Be competitive but fair — make sure your bid covers your time, fuel, and effort.
Completing Deliveries
- Once your bid is accepted, coordinate with the shipper for pickup
- Update the job status to "Picked Up" when you collect the items
- Deliver the items to the specified location
- Mark the job as "Delivered" in the app
- Wait for the shipper to confirm completion
Building Your Reputation
Complete deliveries on time and provide excellent service to build positive ratings. Higher ratings will help you win more bids and potentially charge premium rates for your services.
Safety and Trust
Driver Verification
All drivers on SwiftGoo must complete a verification process. This includes identity verification and basic background checks to ensure the safety of the community.
Reporting Issues
If you experience any problems with a delivery or have concerns about another user, please report it through the app or contact our support team immediately at support@swiftgoo.com.
Account and Billing
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment information is securely stored and encrypted. You can manage your payment methods in your account settings.
Refunds and Disputes
If a delivery is not completed as agreed, you can open a dispute through your job dashboard. Our support team will review the case and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
